Housing Rights
Company-provided Dormitory
- Employer can deduct max 20% of salary for housing and meals
- Must ensure minimum living conditions: hot water, heating, toilet

Renting on Your Own
- Need a written lease contract (임대차계약서)
- Deposit (보증금): usually 3-6 months rent
- Register your move at the local office within 14 days
